Our Services
For over 50 years, the Gress name has successfully serviced the Northeast with the support of our four cold storage warehouses and transportation capabilities. Our facilities are strategically located within reach of New York and metropolitan areas in the Northeast.
Edward James “Jim” Gress began the family business in the 1940s [at the ripe age of 17] as a poultry distributor in Scranton, Pa. What started as the transportation of poultry, evolved into a processing plant and eventually worldwide distribution of poultry goods by 1980.
By the late 90s, the company fully transitioned into the cold chain storage and transportation space. We started building additional warehousing space and adopting our own fleet of refrigerated trucks which continue to proudly carry the Gress name today as CORE X GRESS.

CORE X GRESS is actively hiring CDL Class A drivers for regional routes that offer ample time at home and one of the highest CDL earning potentials in the northeast. As a driver for CORE X GRESS, you will assist with transporting customer refrigerated and frozen food products regionally and locally.
