Ed Leo has more than 15 years of executive experience in the 3PL industry with NFI Industries, a top 10 Dedicated Carrier and Warehouse Provider. He holds a BS in Commerce & Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Ed Shehwen has more than 10 years of experience in investment. Prior to CORE X, he co-founded a small investment company and was an Associate at HSBC focused on Liability Management. Ed holds a BA in Government from Georgetown University.

Tim Cox has more than 20 years of industry experience. Tim is the former President and Founder of Ivy Cold, an asset-based carrier and cold chain consulting firm, VP at Sheer and Liberty Cold, and Executive Director of Supply Chain and Director of Supply Chain Management at West Liberty Foods.

Kevin Mendenko has more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources at various companies. Kevin spent 6 years as the Director of HR for TRAC Intermodal, the leading national marine chassis leasing and service provider.

Trevor Funk has more than 13 years of experience in the industry, most recently at CH Robinson, where he led sales and strategic business development teams.

Ken McMenamy has more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership. Ken served as SVP of Technology for H2 Brands Group, and at Dotcom Distribution, where he was responsible for IT infrastructure and operations, onboarding and integrations, transportation management, and more.

Ramila Adhikari has more than 14 years of experience in Quality and Safety roles. Ramila served as an FSQA Project Manager for North America for Oatley where she specialized in CAPA, TQM, and HACCP. Previous roles also include Wonderful Citrus, Sysco, and more.

Prior to CORE X, Jack was VP of Finance & Treasury at NFI Industries the largest family-owned Transportation and Warehousing provider in the country. Jack holds a BS in Economics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

David previously served as an Analyst with NewSpring Capital and at Cequel III, a private investment and management firm that focused on data centers and self-storage. David has a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.

Prior to CORE X, Jack Jensen served as an Associate at Inspire Group, a consulting firm focused on companies in South America, and in Financial Planning & Analysis at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras in São Paulo, Brazil. He has a BA in Economics from Yale University.

Ron Buford is an industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience, most recently as CEO of Premier Refrigerated Warehouse since 2011. Ron is also the Former President of Ranger Refrigerated Express and Chairman of IARW.

The Castellini family brings over 70 years of cold chain experience and a team of industry veterans to CORE X MERCHANTS. Phil Castellini has over 30 years of industry experience and serves as COO of the Cincinnati Reds.

RJ Neu and his team have been in the cold storage business in Southern California for more than twenty years. Previously operating as Partners Alliance Cold Storage, their business has become synonymous with personal relationships, exceptional service, and loyalty.

Rick Sharp is an accomplished executive with over 37 years of management experience in the international logistics industry, with a track record of success in executive roles at organizations like Port Logistics Refrigerated Services, Global Stevedoring/Seanus, and ICS Logistics.

With over 30 years of experience in the Cold Storage industry, specifically within the supply chain, food logistics, and 3PL sectors, Thom Smith leads regional operations for CORE X at Midwest facilities in Holland and Hudsonville, Michigan and in Crown Point, Indiana.
